There are lots of affiliate programs more widely available as Amazon, PayDotCom, Shareasale, Pepperjam Network and others. I suggest getting your feet wet with Clickbank.
Despite all the horror stories some people very genuine, which are more than willing to help. Of course we hope that with time you can buy something from them, after all that is why we are in the business. However, there is more to running a successful business on the Internet than just affiliate marketing.

Is sending out 200 letters and give a dollar to 6 for mail recipients a hoax or what will make money?
I received this letter to send a dollar to 6 people and then send the same letter with my name in the sixth position to generate 200 recipients of this money to me?
That is a deception and fraud. You do not get anything out of this nonsense and should not be involved in this illegal mess, either. Only dispose of the letter at this point.
