Money Making Ways On Runescape

Runescape Money Making Guide

Now for the money making guide.

Now who wants to make money using extremely high skills and extremely slow ways will these ways might be slow and might require high skills but they’ve always made the money I need with only a couple hours of work.

Money Making With Skills:

Mining

Alright now the first skill I will put as a money making skill is mining and I put mining because you probably have already read a money making with mining guide that said ‘mine rune essence it makes you lots of cash’.  Well the real money maker they don’t want you to know about is clay you may be saying ‘clay is only used for crafting and crap like that I shouldn’t mine it for cash well here’s what always makes people stop saying that and It is that rune essence sells for around 40-50gp while on average clay sells for 100-120gp and that’s not all if you really want to make money you can get jugs full of water and turn the clay into soft clay and soft clay sells for 160-180gp on average which means you just struck gold using clay. Now if you have a high mining level I still suggest using clay because you mine it in 1 hit on average and that’s much faster than like 4-6 hits for one piece of coal and with the extra time you have you could maybe… turn that clay into soft clay and sell it for the same price as a piece of coal maybe even more!

Woodcutting

Now for money making with woodcutting for this part I’m sorry to say but there’s no clay of woodcutting only hard work and yews but the reward of over 12k an inventory sure feels good in the pockets. But I’m so sorry to say that there’s no clay of woodcutting.

Fishing

Sorry to say it but there’s no clay to fishing either you just have to tough it out and hope you get good profit from fishing tuna, swordfish and lobster all day long.

Money making without skills:

Merchanting

Now for this part you might want to get a few skills so you can have cash to work with. Now the first type of Merchanting I will talk about is straight forward buy low, sell high and reap the profits Merchanting. So for this type of Merchanting you just buy an item for a low price on the grand exchange while the item is in the crash then when the item is out of the crash and in the raise you sell and make a good healthy profit.

Now the next type of Merchanting is buying an item or items and turning them into 1 item that sells for more than the item(s) you bought. For example you go to the grand exchange and buy 50 iron and 100 coal so you can make them into 50 steel bars and sell for a profit of around 50-100gp each and 50X50=2500gp profit and then I usually make around 300 bars a trip so 50X300=15000gp profit so if you see you can make thousands of gp either way you want to merchant. I myself like to use a mixture of them both so I have a steady flow of income and an income that can be steady or way higher then usual.

Members – Kill Green Dragons (level-79) in level 19 through 24 Wilderness. Go to Varrock Wild and head north until you reach level 19 Wilderness. Collect dragon bones, green dragonhides, and other items. Go to the Grand Exchange sell the dragon bones for 2.5k each, the green dragonhides for 1.5k each, and the other items, which can vary anywhere from 400gp to 9k each.

Nonmembers – Kill Hill Giants (level-28) in the Edgeville Dungeon. It is west of Varrock, and you need a brass key to enter it. Collect the big bones, limpwurt roots, and other items. Go to the Grand Exchange and sell the big bones for 400gp each, limpwurt roots for 600gp each, and the other items, which can be anywhere from 20gp to 2k each.

Notes – Potions would be a great help, as would food, and if you are going to kill Green Dragons (level-79), bring an anti-dragon shield.

Cash Values
- Green Dragons (full inventory) – From 40 to 130k each trip.
- Hill Giants (full inventory) – From 7 to 15k each trip.

Both of these work very well, as they only take about 10 minutes or less to get a full inventory. Which can rack up anywhere from 240 to 780k in an hour (for members), and anywhere from 42 to 90k in an hour (for nonmembers).

Kind Regards,
K E R T Z
