How do i get money to purchase a good investment?

I have found a nice little place to invest money where it makes enough money that i can pay investors 10% per year in interest and still make a good profit. If I get into this investment in the next couple years, it will really make me alot of money. I’ve done my homework & have a business plan and even on the darkest days, this investment will make money. This investment is in another country, so the greatest risk is exposure to the exchange rate. So where can i get money to invest in this? The amount of money needed to get started would be around 15k (plus all the airfare to travel to the country and do all the paperwork) but the skys the limit on how many times this investment can be duplicated (The reason I’m not saying what it is, is because once people find out they might start flocking to this place) So how can i get like 100k or so to REALLY get me started in this investment?
