Working with the home based business AMERIPLAN?

i just came across this home based business, and I just wanted to get some more info on it….im a college student and military wife, so we travel a lot to visit family because we live so far away from them all, so working at home would be ideal! But, Im not sure if its a scam or not. Im not looking to make a million bucks or anything like that…my husband makes enough to pay the bills, but we NEED extra money for entertainment and fun stuff like shopping! So, if I made anywhere from 1000-2500 per month it would be GREAT!!!
Here are some questions I have
-Do you have to pay anything that is expensive to start?
-Is it fun and rewarding?
-Is it hard….do you have to call people and annoy them all day long?
-How long does it take to start making money?
